Some women desire bigger breasts. However, breast augmentation (implants) can be expensive, dangerous and a less than desired option for getting bigger breasts. To avoid using pills or surgery to get bigger breasts, try using clothing additives or exercise.
Step 1
Use your undergarments to build a bigger bust. Wear a push-up bra to give your breast an additional cup size or to make your breasts appear bigger. Place a foam or silicone bra pad in your bra to make your breasts bigger and give them an immediate lift.
Step 2
Do pushups to build muscle throughout your chest. Perform a standard pushup on your hands and toes with your body in a straight line. Lower your body by bending your elbows, go as low as you can and push back up to return to the starting position. Vary this movement by putting your feet on a chair, your hands on an exercise ball and changing the distance between your hands.
Step 3
Perform chest dips to isolate and strengthen your chest muscles. Stand between the dip bars, place a hand on each handle and press your body upward so that your legs are hanging between the bars. Lean forward slightly to engage your pectoral muscles, bend at the elbows to lower your body as far as you can and press back upward to return to the starting position.
Step 4
Spend time on a weight bench to perform various forms of the chest fly. On your back, hold a dumbbell in each hand, then extend your arms outward so that they are in line with your shoulders, lift the weights straight over your chest and slower lower back down to the starting position. Change the height on one end of the bench; lie with your head at the lower end to perform decline chest fly and put your head at the top of the bench to perform incline chest flys.
Tips and Warnings
- Select a dumbbell that allows you to do no more than 8 repetitions in order to gain muscle mass. Set a goal of 3 sets of 6 to 8 repetitions per exercise; complete 3 to 4 days a week.
