How to Make Breasts Bigger Without Surgery

Breast enhancement may be on your mind if you are unhappy with your current breast size. Many women wish to make their breasts bigger without surgery, or--the more common name--breast implants. Women who want to make their breasts bigger without the pain, healing and cost of breast enlargement surgery have several options.

Step 1

Start exercising your chest muscles for 20 minutes three days a week. Adding muscle to your chest can make your breasts appear perkier and larger. Do standard push-ups along with wide-grip, decline and incline push-ups. Start with your knees touching the floor if you prefer a modified version of the push-up.

Step 2

Buy a bra that gives you a boost. Look for a push-up bra that has padding already in the lining. Do research in the store to determine whether you prefer a cotton, gel or water padded push-up bra. This will allow you to make your breasts appear bigger whenever you prefer.

Step 3

Try a breast-enhancement supplement. Products like Perfect C say they can make your breasts bigger. Be sure to read all packaging, check for FDA approval and educate yourself about any possible side effects.

Step 4

Wear something akin to a breast pump to grow new breast tissue. Florida-based Brava LLC (brava.com) says its suction bra, when worn religiously (daily for up to 11 hours a day for at least a couple of months), can help to form lasting new breast tissue, causing women to see an increase in their current breast size.

Step 5

Gain weight to add more fat to your chest and make your breasts bigger. If you are underweight, healthy weight gain can add fat tissue to your body and you will likely see an increase in your breast size.
