Super Pump 250 is a pre-workout supplement designed to increase workout performance. Super Pump 250's ingredients vary slightly among its flavors including refreshing orange, tropical punch, blue raspberry ice, raspberry lemonade, fruit punch, lemon burst and grape cooler. Super Pump 250's recommended dosage is two to three scoops mixed into an 8 to 12 oz. glass of juice or water approximately 30 to 40 minutes before a workout. Super Pump 250 can also be taken as a dietary supplement on non-training days.
