Step 1
Wrap the nylon cuff around one of your calves as you would a blood pressure cuff used by doctors on your upper arm. The Verseo massager operates on two AA batteries, so you do not need to plug it in.
Step 2
Press the power button located on the side of the cuff. The cuff will self-inflate.
Step 3
Adjust to your desired level of compression with the pressure button. Choose from low, medium and high pressure settings.

Plug the machine into a grounded outlet to reduce risk of shock. Position the unit in either the normal or inclined position depending on what is most comfortable for you in the chair where you are sitting. Unlock the unit by raising the side lever. You then can place the machine into the fully upright or inclined position. Lock the machine in place again by lowering the side level.
Step 2
Set the main switch to the "On" position. The main switch is located on the supporting stand. Look for the power LED indicator to light, which will tell you that the unit is indeed on.
Step 3
Remove your shoes and place your calves into the calf wells. Move the machine closer or further from your chair so you feel comfortable.
Step 4
Press the button on the console that looks like a hand for a kneading massage. Press it once for level 1, twice for level 2 and three times for level 3. Press the button a fourth time to stop the massage, or wait for the machine to automatically turn off after 15 minutes.
Step 5
Press the button that looks like two waves if you would like the vibration program. Press the button once for a rhythmic vibration, twice for a high intensity vibration or three times for a low-intensity vibration. Stop the vibration by pressing the vibration button a fourth time.
