Colorful papers, a scrapbook that suits the personality of each twin and basic construction supplies, including color-coded scissors, tape, mounting corners and glue, make a nice gift package. If money is not an option, an inexpensive digital camera added to each craft gift basket provides additional material for the scrapbook.
