How to Create a Workout Schedule for Free

A good workout schedule can keep you motivated when you're reaching toward your fitness goals. A variety of exercise options, combined with a schedule giving you the time for day-to-day exercises, will keep you motivated and on your toes. Fitness websites offer a workout schedule option for free, where you can enter the fitness goals that you have and the days you want to complete them. Print out your schedule and hang it somewhere you'll see it often as a reminder.

Step 1

Go to the WebWorkoutLog.com. Here you can create your own profile and choose exercises for your schedule, mark when the schedule has been completed and even e-mail the schedule to your workout partner or trainer. You'll need to sign up for a free account so that your information will be saved.

Step 2

Click on the "Exercise" tab, and then add all of the exercises into the database you think you'll do. You can choose from exercises like running, jumping, crunches, pushups and pullups. Click them to add them to your database. You can also add your own exercises by choosing "Add New" and typing in your own.

Step 3

Click on "Workouts" to start a new schedule. Choose the different exercises that you'll be completing each day. Drag the exercises into your workout, and then choose how many repetitions or how long you'll be doing those exercise for. The current recommendation is 30 to 60 minutes of exercise per day according to the National Academy of Sciences Institute of Medicine.

Step 4

Save the workout schedule when you're finished. You can now view the workout, e-mail it to yourself or print it out to hang it somewhere where you can see it.

Step 5

Work out everyday according to your schedule, and go back to the website to mark it done. If you do so diligently, the Wobworkoutlog can run a report and show you how often you worked out according to your schedule, calories burned and even changes in your BMI.
