An overactive bladder, also known as urge incontinence, is a condition in which your bladder muscles are weakened and you are unable to control your urine. Symptoms of overactive bladder include urinating when you sneeze, laugh or exercise. You can also experience the sudden need to use the bathroom. In some cases, you may just dribble urine at inopportune moments. However, some prescription medications are available to treat overactive bladder.
