1. Clean out all unhealthy products containing trans fats and high fructose corn syrup from your kitchen cabinets.
2. Stock the fridge with fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
3. Eat 3 meals, and have snacks every few hours to avoid hunger pains.
4. Plan meals at least 3 hours before your bedtime.
5. Choose your foods from a limited list of choices.
6. Walk 30 minutes a day.
