Does Leptin Improve Sleep?

Leptin does not improve sleep, but more of it is found in the body when you get a full night's sleep. Leptin is a hormone produced by the body. It helps suppress appetite. The less you sleep, the less Leptin the body produces. This is why sleep is an important part of weight loss.
