How Is Muscle Testing Done?

How Muscle Tests Work

In a general muscle testing session moderated by a physician, responses toward various types of objects are generally regulated and tested. Physicians accomplish this by giving you a certain object like food, for example. The physician uses this object to gauge your body's interpretation of that particular food. The procedure begins by placing a food in one of your hands. You are then asked to hold your other arm out straight. The practitioner will then press an equal amount of weight and opposing force on the length of that arm and the opposite shoulder. If your body condones the ingestion of that food, the extended arm will remain straight. If the arm falls with that amount of force, then the body recognizes that food as something it does not need.

Testing for Polarity

While the forementioned technique may seem simple in its practice, the variables capable of contradicting its effectiveness it are numerous. One of these barriers has to do with your polarity. Polarity pertains to the flow of energy in your body. By checking this, the practitioner can determine if energy is moving through your central median in the proper direction. Testing for polarity involves a series of tests through applying pressure to your body's various lymphatic massage points. This helps test how effectively each of your different organ systems are communicating with your brain.

Administering Self Muscle Testing

Self muscle-testing yourself is also an effective means of performing muscle tests when the help of a kinesiology practitioner are not available. These methods involve voluntary movement to spark a response from your body's involuntary movements. For example, you can touch both of your thumbs and middle fingers together to form rings. After interlocking those rings, you must say a true statement while pulling apart those fingers. By holding your fingers together, you are training your body to recognize truth.
Then, by reciting a lie and pulling your fingers apart while letting them move, you are training your body to respond to a dishonest statement. This sets your body up for an automatic response to any subliminal tests that can be recognized later in other tests. This in turn eliminates the need for any outside figure to recognize your body's stance on ideas pertaining to its better function.
