Pills for breast enlargement are made from natural herbs and extracts, and they are designed to promote growth by balancing female hormones. Although this sounds like a great idea, they are often unproven, and any type of supplement can cause side effects to occur. A better approach to take is exercise. Specific exercises can be done to build the muscle that lies underneath the breasts giving them a more perkier appearance.
Step 1
Focus on your upper chest muscles with incline presses. Lie on an incline bench with dumbbells in your hands and your arms extended above you. Your palms should be facing your feet, and the dumbbells should be an inch apart. Lower the dumbbells by bending your elbows. Stop when your upper arms are parallel to the ground and push the weights back to the starting position. Do 10 to 12 reps and 3 to 4 sets.
Step 2
Flatten the bench to do regular chest presses. Lie on the bench with the same hand position as incline presses. Lower the weights until your upper arms are parallel to the floor and push them back up. Repeat for 10 to 12 reps and do 3 to 4 sets.
Step 3
Brace your lower shins under the padded supports of a decline bench and target your lower chest. Lie on the bench and hold dumbbells straight up with your palms facing your feet. Lower the dumbbells by bending your elbows. Stop when your upper arms are parallel to the ground, and the dumbbells are by your ribcage. Push the weights back up until they are an inch apart and repeat 10 to 12 times. Do 3 to 4 sets.
Step 4
Use the weight of your body to do wide grip push-ups. Come onto your stomach with your hands about a foot wider than shoulder width apart. Place your knees on the ground and tighten your abs as you push yourself up in the air. Keep your back straight and lower yourself back down toward the floor. Stop when you are the width of your fist away and repeat 10 to 12 times. Do 3 to 4 sets.
Tips and Warnings
- Do your chest exercises three times a week with one day off in between workouts. Use the heaviest weights you can to maximize muscle growth. Avoid excessive amounts of cardio. This can lead to a high amount of calories being burned, and your breasts can become even smaller. If you want more of a challenge, do the wide grip push-ups on your toes instead of knees.
