How to Get Bigger Breasts Without Using Pills

There are many different pills, creams and other products that promise to increase a woman's breast size. However, products that sound too good to be true probably are, advise the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Drug Administration. With the exception of drugs prescribed by doctors, most consumer products actually don't require government testing or approval. Companies are generally free to make claims as they wish. The FDA only regulates ingredients labels, use of color additives, and use of eight chemicals that are banned. Since popping pills is out of the picture, and there's no true way spark breast tissue growth or draw fat to the area, women must get creative to enhance their breasts.

Step 1

Build the muscles under your breasts to give your breasts a higher and firmer look. Focus on your pectoral muscles. Do push-ups, and chest presses on a bench. Lay face up with a dumbbell in each hand to begin a chest press. Bend your elbows to 90 degrees with arms out to the side. Exhale and bring your arms up until the weights are over your body, but don't touch them together. Inhale and bring them back down.

Do the same exercise on a bench that has a 45-degree incline to recruit different muscle fibers, making it into an incline chest press, advises Wholefitness.com. Give cable crossovers a go as well. Hold the handles of the upper-cable stations on a cable tower. Move one foot forward for balance. Lock your elbows in a position that's slightly bent. Bring the handles to your waistline and keep them at a slight angle in front of you. Bend forward slightly and pull the handles down, bringing your hands together in front of you. Allow the weight to slowly pull your elbows back to stretch the chest, advises Bodybuildingforyou.com.

Step 2

Use cosmetic methods to give your breasts a boost. Get sized for a bra, since wearing the right size will give you the best lift and support. Purchase cup enhancers or bra inserts. Invest in a push-up or padded bra. Apply moleskin or tape over the breasts' lateral and bottom portions to give them a lift. Put some bronzer or shimmer in between your breasts to draw the eye and add the appearance of depth, advises Methodsofhealing.com.

Step 3

Conduct extensive research before you consider breast implants, recommends the FDA. Do the legwork when you choose a surgeon if you choose this option. Find out if he's board certified, how many surgeries he's performed, what the most common complications his patients experience are, how many years he's performed breast augmentation surgery, and which states he's licensed to practice in. Also research the pros and cons of different types of implants as well as those for insertion sites of the implant.
