How to Give Yourself a Spa Treatment at Home

A day at the spa is an indulgence, but it comes at a price both financially and time-wise. If you can't splurge on a spa day, you can get the same luxurious benefits at home with do-it-yourself spa treatments. Set the mood by dimming the lights, lighting a few candles and tuning in to some soothing music. Pull out your fluffiest towels, lock the bathroom door and give yourself a little spa time.
