Program Description
Goal setting is a great way to provide direction for your exercise program. Goals can include exercise time on the treadmill, amount of weight lifted or a local fitness event like a 5k run/walk. It’s up to you! Choose a goal that will push your fitness to the next level and go for it!
Actions
1. Set a specific fitness goal.
2. Ensure that your goal is realistic.
3. Select a beginning and end date.
4. Track your goal.
5. Determine if the goal was met.
6. If so, set new goal.
7. If not, extend time and/or adjust goal.
