Aerobic activity is an essential part of an overall exercise plan. There are many health benefits of aerobic exercise, such as a healthy heart and improved circulation. Increasing the time you spend walking, cycling or swimming not only increases fitness, but significantly lowers your risk of cardiovascular disease.
