Pimples can cause the skin to appear blotchy, unevenly toned and sickly, which can lead to a lowered sense of self-esteem. Most acne treatment products can clear pimples, but usually take between 3 days to a week for fully clear the skin. Step 1
Kill acne-causing bacteria by applying tea tree oil to the pimples. Dip a cotton swab into pure tea tree oil, then apply the oil directly to the individual pimples. Allow the oil to soak in and re-apply every hour up to three times before bed.

Dry up acne quickly by using a high concentration benzoyl peroxide cream. Step 3
Apply calamine lotion overnight to sooth irritation and dry out the pimples. Soak a cotton swab in calamine lotion, and apply it liberally over the areas effected by acne. Allow the lotion to dry completely, and leave it on overnight. In the morning, rinse off the calamine lotion. Calamine lotion should be applied at bedtime, after the tea tree oil and benzoyl peroxide have been applied.

- Tea tree oil is a noncomedogenic oil that has powerful anti-bacterial and anti-microbial properties. When applied to pimples, tea tree oil quickly attacks the bacteria inside the breakout, allowing it to dry up and clear faster. Benzoyl peroxide is a powerful compound that both dries up acne breakouts and kills off acne-causing bacteria as well. Benzoyl peroxide can be purchased in three different strengths: 2.5 percent, 5 percent and 10 percent concentrations. To clear pimples quickly overnight, it is important to use the highest strength cream. Calamine lotion is a drying agent that can be used on the skin to reduce fluid inside the pimples. Because calamine lotion is both drying and soothing, it can be worn safely overnight and can be kept on the skin for up to 10 hours.
