Start the Beverley Hills Diet by Learning About Food Combining

Program Description
The Beverly Hills Diet was originally developed in 1981 by Judy Mazel. The book has since been revised and re-released as The New Beverly Hills Diet. The principle of the diet is that your body needs specific enzymes found in food in order to maintain optimum digestion. If the body does not obtain these enzymes it will store the food as fat rather than metabolizing it properly.

In order to achieve the correct metabolic balance of food, Mazel recommends a specific food combining called conscious-combining. The diet included combinations such as vegetable-only days, fruit-only days and the occasional day when carbohydrates are allowed.
