Protein

It also has individual amino acids, which are the building blocks of complete proteins.

Calories

Fat

Though eating something with fat is not nearly as important as eating something with carbohydrates after exercising, the Mayo Clinic states that dietary fats are still an important part of replenishing energy levels. Each 11-ounce serving of Gatorade Protein Recovery Shake has 1.5 g of total fat and 1 g of saturated fat, according to Gatorade.
