Bleomycin

Medications such as aspirin, filgrastim and cytokines may interact with bleomycin.

Dacarbazine

Dacarbazine's serious side effects include vomiting, nausea, diarrhea and poor appetite. People can also develop an allergic response to this medication. Signs of an allergic reaction include shortness of breath, trouble breathing and swelling of the lips, tongue or face. Dacarbazine can also lead to blood and bone marrow problems. Signs of this include easy bleeding or bruising, chills and fever. Contact a physician if dacarbazine causes any of these effects.
It is unclear whether dacarbazine can harm an unborn baby or pass into breast milk.
Dacarbazine is available as an intravenous injection.
