Vitamins A, B, C, and E are all important for nourishing your hair so that it can grow quickly, and can be found in a variety of foods and supplements. Vitamin C is good for your healthy hair because it is a powerful antioxidant. It helps your hair look good by preventing free radicals from damaging your hair shaft. It also helps your hair maintain its color and volume, and helps ward off premature graying and hair loss. You can get vitamin C in your diet by eating citrus fruits, tomatoes and berries.

Vitamin E
