Apple cider vinegar is used to treat several different problems, including stomach acid and bladder infections. Apple cider vinegar is loaded with different acids and nutrients that can benefit the body, including pectin, enzymes, minerals and amino acids, as well as potassium, magnesium and boron. A bladder infection can be treated with a healing and cleansing drink that contains apple cider vinegar, according to Patricia Bragg, as reported by Innvista.com. MotherNature.com recommends soaking in a bath with apple cider vinegar to relieve the external burning of a urinary tract infection.

Bath Remedy

Step 1

Place 3 drops of essential sandalwood oil and 2 tbsp. of honey into a dish. Mix the contents together. The honey allows the oil to mix into the water rather than floating on top.

Step 2

Fill a bathtub halfway with water and add 2 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar to the bathwater. Mix in the honey and essential oil mixture.

Step 3

Enter the water and soak for 15 to 20 minutes.

Drink Remedy

Step 1

Mix 2 tbsp. of cornsilk into 1 qt. of marshmallow herbal tea or distilled water.

Step 2

Add 1/2 tsp. of apple cider vinegar and 1 tsp. of buckwheat honey to each cup of the herbal tea before you drink it.

Step 3

Drink one to three cups daily to treat a bladder infection.
