LIVESTRONG.COM is hosting a YouTube Contest!

LIVESTRONG.COM is hosting a YouTube contest and you could win an autographed Trek bicycle from Lance’s shop, Mellow, by sharing your inspirational story.

Lance Armstrong is no stranger to facing a challenge. He’s battled and overcome testicular cancer. He fought his way to the top of the cycling ranks, winning seven Tour de France championships. And, he continues his war on cancer through political advocacy and awareness. Lance is also daring others to make a difference through LIVESTRONG.COM, where he hopes to motivate and inspire people to make healthy changes in their lifestyles.

Now, it’s your turn. Lance is daring you to share your story. Create a two-minute video that shows the LIVESTRONG.COM community how you dared to make a difference in your life or the life of someone else. How did you dare to improve? How did you dare to overcome an obstacle? How did you dare to battle back?

It’s your chance to tell the world what you have dared to do.  Are you up for the challenge? We dare you.

We’ll have the LIVESTRONG.COM community vote, and one winner will be crowned. The winning video will end up on the homepage of LIVESTRONG.COM, and of course the lucky winner will score the bike!

To participate and get all the details, go to http://www.livestrong.com/contest/youtube-share-your-story/.

We know many of you have amazing stories to tell, and we hope you share them with us!

This contest is a wonderful thing to do, just like everything else Lance Armstrong does. The only thing that made me a little disappointed is that the contest is restricted to US citizens. Lance Armstrong has millions and millions of admirers and fans all over the world, and I’m sure they all have amazing stories to tell too.
But maybe it’s some sort of legality that it’s restricting this contest to US residents…?
Anyways, my hat is off to you guys for doing this dare.
