These videos are amazing stories, they should all win. Does someone have to register on livestrong.com to be able to vote?

Rules actually state that “up to 12″ winners will be selected.
A panel of judges consisting of members of the Sponsor’s LIVESTRONG.COM editorial and advisory team will select up to 12 Entries as Contest finalists.
