When Doug Ulman asked Lance Armstrong, "what are the two things you would attack first if you held political office", he answered:
Prevention
1) Education in schools
2) Diet
3) Get kids active and go outside
4) Abuse of tobacco and alcohol
The Health system
1) Quality
2) Lack of inequality
He also mentioned the benefits and crossover to this approach as it relates to the prevention of other diseases such as diabetes, obesity and heart disease.
