MyPlate, LIVESTRONG.COM's free food and fitness tracker, now has several great new features and tools to help you achieve your weight loss and fitness goals.
TRACK is now as easy as it gets. With our new One-Click Tracking, tracking your food and exercise is fast, simple and straightforward - because your time is valuable and counting calories shouldn't be a chore!
REPORTS is a handy tool that shows you a complete nutritional breakdown of the foods you eat each day. Want to know which foods have the most salt or how close you are to your daily goals? This is the place to get all the info you need. You may be be surprised to find out the source of your calories, fat, or cholesterol - this tool takes all the mystery out of what you are eating!
CONVERSATIONS is a space where you can interact and discuss any and all health and fitness topics (including food tracking, fitness, weight loss, running, quitting smoking, food and recipes, top gear and more) with the LIVESTRONG.COM community and our knowledgeable Topic Guides.
As a current MyPlate user, you will have the ability to stay with the classic version or move over to the new version to use the new features. You can even toggle back and forth between the two versions.
In addition to all the MyPlate updates, we are offering free daily 30-minute STRONGER video workouts to keep you on track with your New Year's goals.
STRONGER is a new fitness program led by celebrity trainer Nicky Holender, which includes High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), plyometrics, strength training, and recovery and flexibility. Stronger makes working out fun with challenging moves, motivational support, and an awesome cast. Check it out!
