Eggsperiment Week 2: The Born Scramble

Among the many questions I have received since I first posted about the eggsperiment (Are you crazy? Your cholesterol will be terrible? This isn’t a real scientific experiment? Only 3 eggs?), one of the most common inquiries has been about how I eat my eggs. That is, what I do to make sure that I don’t become sick of eating the same thing day after day.

Truth be told, I have a variety of egg recipes that I incorporate into my diet. And I plan on sharing many of them during this process. But like all people who repeatedly eat the same foods, I definitely have my go-to preferences.

In the video below, I share one of my favorite–and fastest–egg recipes. I call it the Born Scramble.

Here are the vitals:

Cook and prep time: `~10 minutes (depending on preferred egg consistency…I cook the chicken sausage for about 2-3 minutes per side on high heat)

Calories ~330
