Mahi Mahi en Papillote

My newest greatest recipe for you to try. This recipe just happened with items that we had in our fridge and freezer. We have made it 4 out of the last 7 nights.  Mahi Mahi en Papillote.

You can use whatever fish you like, we are going to use shrimp tonight. You can also add vegetables that you have on hand. We used creole seasoning two nights ago which added a different layer to the flavors.

Mahi Mahi is 100 calories per 4 ounce serving. Add the vegetables and your total calories for this dish is 271 calories.
