Motivation: Give Fat a Run for its Money
Today’s fitspiration, “sweat is fat crying” reminds us that whatever our exercise preference – outdoors vs. indoors, weights vs. cardio, jogging vs. circuit training – we can burn fat just the same. And while improving your health is one benefit of working out, I for one feel a great sense of accomplishment when I’m drenched in sweat after a particularly rigorous session.
