Motivation: “I Run to Add Life to My Days”
By RACHEL GRICE
"I do not run to add days to my life. I run to add life to my days." -Ronald Rook
It's the last full week of the March running challenge . Have you been participating? It's never too late to start! And just because the month ends doesn't mean you have to stop running.
For me, running has always been a huge motivation to get outside, clear my head and experience more of life. I've explored new cities, done some crazy people watching and enjoyed the natural beauty of my surroundings. Without running, my life would be a whole lot more boring.
Getting started can be challenging, but if you don't get started, you'll never know what you're missing out on. So give it a shot! What have you got to lose? You've got the world to gain.
