The Best Training and Nutrition Guides

If there's anything that I can genuinely appreciate in the health and fitness industry, it's no-nonsense, BS-free, honest information. After all, we work in a business that's filled with more marketing magic than the ShamWow. And when you're trying to figure out how to take care of your body, lose weight, and live longer, you need credible information you can trust--not just a variety of claims that sound good on paper.

Fitness and diet programs are one of the areas that could use a little more transparency. With so many options on the market, it’s hard to know what works and what is best for your situation. That's why I couldn't be happier that Sean Hyson created "buyer's guide" that provides an honest review of what you can expect from some of the most popular programs on the market. Sean is the Group Training Director for Men's Fitness magazine (and Muscle & Fitness), and he has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the health and fitness arena. Much like me, Sean has access to all the best experts and the latest books. But he went the extra mile (ok, maybe 10) and compiled a review of what he's read.

This is an honest (and sometimes very critical) assessment of the pros and cons of each product, and which books might be best for you.

You can find Sean's in-depth e-book here. Not only is it packed with useful information but it's also FREE--and that's the type of hype that anyone can appreciate.
