A 10-Minute Total-Body, No-Equipment Workout
By RACHEL GRICE
Everyone can set aside 10 minutes during the day, so you have no excuses not to fit this workout into your day. Do it first thing in the morning, during your lunch break, while watching TV, before you take a shower, while waiting for your laundry... whenever! Just do it. You don't need any fancy equipment -- just your body weight and some space to move around.
The set up of the workout is pretty simple: Start with push-ups for 45 seconds (try not to stop or lose proper form) then rest for 15 seconds. Next, you'll do the same for lunges (make sure to alternate legs), triceps dips, tuck jumps and a plank hold. Now repeat it all over again!
There. Doesn't that feel better than not working out at all? It only takes 10 minutes and a little bit of motivation to get off the couch and get your sweat on!
