Exercise for a Bicep Pulley Lesion

The biceps brachii, also called the biceps, is a two-headed muscle on the upper arm. The muscles give you the ability to bend the elbow and rotate the forearm away from your body. The biceps pulley is a U-shaped sling of tendons and ligaments that facilitates muscle movement of the arm and shoulder. A tear in the biceps pulley can cause pain in the shoulder, as well as in the upper arm. If your doctor has diagnosed you with a biceps pulley lesion, he may recommend certain exercises for rehabilitation.
