How to Set Up the Bowflex for All of the Exercises

A Bowflex home gym is advertised as a complete workout station. Depending on which style of Bowflex gym you purchase, you can enjoy 30 to over 95 different exercises on your machine. A machine that offers this type of variety requires proper set up space in which to use the equipment. When setting up your Bowflex machine, keep in mind the space requirements include the bend in the power rods as you complete the exercises. Your machine requires adequate space top to bottom and side to side to be set up and used properly.
