Chinese Turnip vs. Daikon

The family of radishes is a diverse one, from the common round, red radish to the wild, inedible radish to the “rabbage” – a cross between a cabbage and a radish. Even more intriguing are the Asian radish varieties. Daikon is a Japanese radish, while lo bok hails from China and is sometimes known as Chinese turnip.
