I worry to much
I am to restrictive on what I eat. I think all foods are bad. I am scared to eat red meat, pizza, cheese, the list goes on. I have gotten help. But I still stress out what my next meal is.
Sitting at work...have about an hour to go...lacking all motivation...need adult drink stat.
