What's my activity level?
I have a part time job at a doughnut shop (temptations everywhere aaaggghh!!) and am on my feet for about 7 hours a shift, mostly cleaning, helping customers, and prepping any pastries we have. When I'm not working I have classes for about 4 hours twice a week. What kind of activity level would that be?

I would set your level as sedentary and then on days your work, just eat a little more.
Your job really classifies you as lightly active, and if you worked every day, I would suggest that. But if you don't work every day, I'm thinking it's easier to add calories on work days that it would be to subtract calories on days you don't. Make sense? If you work 7 days a week, the choose lightly active and see how it goes.
