Sick Day Work Out
Hi guys, I have been feeling really sick for the past week or so (mainly congestion, nothing too serious). I feel like I need to do something active, but it needs to be indoors because the sunlight gives me a headache when my sinuses are this bad. Any ideas? **I have access to an Any Time Fitness

You could do some light yoga. I haven't been on the site long, so I'm not sure what they offer in the ways of yoga videos, but I use an app called Asana Rebel, you can follow the moves slowly and you'll still get a decent workout in the comfort of your home.

Stretching is also good and squats (of any kind) and planks are usually not to strenuous. It's important to let your body rest, though, so you can recover faster. Hope you feel better soon!

Walking on the treadmill? Bike?

If it's only congestion I'd still hit cardio or weights just as hard.

Thank you! I ended up doing a little bit of yoga from YouTube tonight because I'm still light headed. I am planning on walking on the treadmill tomorrow if I am still feeling under the weather.

I know how you feel, I've been sick as crap the past week. Still went and lifted, from experience I feel like if I push through it I recover quicker. But you have to listen to YOUR body, no one else can tell you what you should do. Get better soon.
