Today I had chicken tenders fried chicken tenders and French i didn't eat much but I ate it the grease the taste made me sick to my stomach but I was craving it help someone I don't wana do this again what can I do to cure the craving with the sabotage

Remember how your feeling right now when you want to eat fried foods again. Planning and preparing your meals ahead of time for the day helps too. When I have a craving for something remembering I have something already waiting for me at meal time helps.

Just remember how lame it feels to start from scratch again. Maybe learn to make a healthier fried chicken?!?
