Seeking Suggestions

Hi everyone. I'm fifteen. my weight is 69.5 while my height is 5'6. I want to lose weight because everyone is teasing me. everyone is making fun of me. :--( So any suggestion on how can I lose weight? I'm really determined right now seriously. So any suggestion what excercise can I do? And what food must I eat? Thanks a lot. :--)

      69.5 kilograms? Or pounds?

      I'm sorry to hear you are going through a rough time with mean kids. Remember: it takes a long time for some people to develop healthy emotions and behaviours. Those kids are probably immature and mean, because they haven't figured out that good people don't tease others.

      The most important thing is to surround yourself with people who love you and support you, and want you to be a good, strong, and healthy person.

      Have you spoke with your parents about being teased?

      Does your pediatrician think you are at a healthy weight?

      Do you kg or pounds?

    • That's like 150lbs. I wouldn't call that fat. Talk to your parents and pediatrician, and look into getting into weightlifting.

      Remember that teenagers are flipping jerks, and will say anything to bring you down, regardless of whether or not it's true. If they know it gets to you, they'll say it.
