confused with calorie intake
Hi, I'm a 35 y.o. woman, 166cm and 61kg. I used to be 55kg, then gradually reached 57kg while keeping same measurements so I assumed that I gained muscles. Now, I'm reaching 61kg and my measurements are bigger so I gained more fat this time. My scale also shows I have 30% body fat, against 24% body fat before. I exercise 5-6 days per week, a mix of strength and cardio workouts, 1h each time. I also walk minimum 45 minutes per day.
Following the recommended calories, I've been eating 1600-1700 calories per day. But so far, my measurements are even bigger!!! + 2cm around waist and hips. How is that possible? Is the calorie amount too low/too high? Any thought?
