I am quite surprised how much I am getting out of my warm ups and 2 minute workouts.
yesterday I did 2 sets of 10 pullups
and 3 sets of Freeletics style sit ups
Then 6 sets of 10 Burpees this is the 2 minutes of all out exercise .
I did manage to get 3 sets of 10 down to 19 seconds
I can feel it today.
I will likely be switching to sets of 25, soon as they really get my body to scream for oxygen
