Looking for your PALEO MACRO settings??
Hi All -- I'm a Paleo girl and very interested in hearing what your macro goals are if you've been successfully losing weight. I physically feel best on Paleo and though I am active and super healthy - I have a good 50# to lose. I was a dedicated body sculpter in my youth and have a lot of muscle mass still probably because I eat a well balanced mostly protein and plant matter diet -- despite that I DO have this weight and at 54 years old-- moving even a pound downward is such a struggle. I am working on increasing my activity, and sleeping more (I never get enough sleep because I'm energetic and I don't usually feel tired, but I also know what that does to cortisol levels) -- and most importantly I'm working on portion control. But I would love to hear how you're taking off the weight -- what makes you successful?
