Pecan & Pineapple Chicken Stir-Fry With Vegetables

Stir-frying is a cooking technique in which you cook your ingredients in hot oil. When you work with a single ingredient, the process is rather simple: You simply stir-fry the ingredient until it is done. When you work with a combination of ingredients such as chicken, pecans, vegetables and pineapple, stir-frying becomes more complicated. You want to add the ingredients at the proper moment so that they all are ready to eat at the exact same time. Because the ingredients cook quickly, you should have all of your ingredients washed and cut before beginning to stir-fry.
