Facts on Corpse Pose

Put your body in a neutral position for the corpse pose. Lie on your back with your legs outstretched, close together but not touching. Outstretch your arms to the sides of your body. Face the palms of your hands up. Consciously relax each part of your body from your head down to your toes. Include every muscle from your tongue and facial muscles to your calves and feet muscles. Do this beginner-level yoga pose for at least five minutes everyday.
