15 min cardio, 45 heavy lifting (Incline, decline, straight bench, 100 tricep dips, 100 Pushups)
Upper body 20 minutes. 3.72 mi @ 1% incline on treadmill. Tried doing the weights first, short break to refuel, then to treadmill. Not a good idea. The last 20 minutes was .
bottom half... Abs, broad jump, vert. jump, quick jumps, toe taps.
getting ready for football by going all out in my workouts
getting at least 6 kms a day running started biking went 32kms today and doing P90X ocasionally
i keep telling myself ill start tomorrow but for some reason it keeps getting put off. weird how that works right?
one month into New Rules of Lifting for Women.
Already seeing and feeling results.
I highly reccomend this program and I am a beginner lifter!
Had to fight the 'pack it in early and go home' negatives .. cut back on weights to concentrate on mind/muscle connection .. ended up not feeling baffed as otherwise
I did Zumba for 35 minutes today. Tomorrow I would like to do 35 minutes of Weights. I would like to target my upper arms/triceps. Got any tips?
im working for football and want to build alot of muscle. i have protien shakes, work out every day and just want to know if there is anything better to do.
