Starting my 4th week of building muscles. I definitely see a change in my clothes, lots of room in there. However, weight loss is only 4.5 pounds, which is low given that I work out every day - and sometimes twice a day! I know muscle weight more than fat...but how do I know how much muscle I gain vs fat I lost? If anyone can help solving that mystery? But, I am not discourage at all...still at it. Today is cardio day!

1 pound of muscle does not weigh more than 1 pound of fat.
You're simply turning fat INTO muscle; which is the best thing to do! If you're losing weight without building muscle- you're actually losing muscle- NOT FAT; which is very bad.
This means you're doing everything right!!!!!!!!!!
YAY!

You could also have your body fat measured. Skin fold testing is easy and accurate, but if you want the gold standard try hydrostatic underwater weighing.

Getting ready for sub, in-laws, and out of town 3 days-didn't work out for 1 week and felt lousy. Stress level was incredibly high. So grateful Saturday came back around and was able to get to gym. Over did it on weight training but it felt so good to exercise. Went back Sunday for more. Bought FRS to try for energy next week when stress levels climb and energy levels drop. Has anyone ever tried First Order?
