Has anyone found any good resources for a diet of this type? I have psoriatic arthritis and it's been progressing pretty rapidly, as I'm only 19 and have to exercise my joints to get out of bed sometimes.

While I'm on my way to losing weight, I'd love to learn to take better care of my joints. My rheumatologist never mentioned anything about eating to care for my joints.

I am trying. Need to lose the weight which will help the arthritis. Fruits and Veggies big time this week. See if the scale shows a difference next week. Water aerobics tonight and tomorrow night. Laurie

This is the first day on this dare for me. I have alot of arthritis in my hips and knees and so maybe this diet can help. I know I need to lose about 25 pounds and with those pounds off my arthritis might not be as bad. I am so tired of feeling sluggish and in pain. Something from my lifestyle has to change and it is dieting and exercising.
