I promise to not eat too much junk food at night and eat some healthy version of them sometimes and eat lot of healthy foods like fruits and vegetables.
first day of officially taking this dare.finding ways to have hea;thy versions of junk and less to none caffeinated drinks.
Gah! This is my worst thing... eating right and not discrediting the work I do in the gym... lets see how this goes.
Despite my failure today, I have been doing fairly well all week. I have not had a single coke. I have stayed below my net caloric goals all week and managed to keep my cholesterol and sugar intakes low. I have also remembered my vitamins since I got them all everyday.
First time starting this dare! I am a little worried that I can't stay on track but with heart diease in my family and my mom passing away when she was only 39 I feel that I owe it to myself to give it a try! Any suggestions on how to stay on track?
I'm new to this dare, but have been sticking to a heart healthy diet for a couple of months now. I'm using the Daily Plate faithfully and eating clean foods.
good start to the day - early morning workout, healthy breakfast, packed a healthy lunch & snacks....everything i need to be good....now, its mind over matter.
