Belly dance class day! Stayed after for five minutes to go over a routine with the instructor. :)
My goal is to dance *every day*.
Today I had belly dancing class for an hour-and-a-half and then I did it again at home for a half-hour! I played some Shakira, Gogol Bordello, Michael Franti, and also a song by a German pop group called Milk & Honey. We did a routine for their song "Blush" today in class. Very nice! ;)
attended a zumba class today. Burned over 600 calories and had a blast!!! Next class is on Thursday evening. have a week planned of classes from salsa to vinyasa/hatha yoga.

I think I'll be able to do this one pretty consistently. I love dancing and so do my two girls. Just going to have to listen to music more and have fun.
Just dancing around the office to some good music... had my passion for dance reignited a couple of weeks ago. When I lived in MT, I lost nearly 100lbs just by dancing. Hoping to do it again!
