i danced to turnin me on-kari hilson and donk- soulja boy...he has so great rythms to dance to..it makes it fun...i found that dancing with a little sibling or a friend makes it 10 times funner... :)
Haha! That's great. I used to work at a thrift store and I'd dance behind the counter and while putting stuff out on the sales floor. It helped that my supervisor would also dance with me sometimes and we got to make and play our own mixtapes. Made a kind of dirty, physically demanding (ugh, furniture moving) job a lot more fun.
just signed up today. Joined a gym last week and went to my first Zumba class on Thurs. 1hr of fun but who knew my core would be so sore a day later? it's awesome! looking forward to the next class. I'm also doing some fun salsa & hip hop dvds at home.
I found this cool dance workout on direct TV and tried it today. It was a lot of fun and good exercise
To continue to teach Jazzercise 4x week. I need to increase my workouts to more than 1 hrs per day.....I will begin to take additional Jazzercise classes in the evening and increase strenth training at home. Even if I'm too tired!!
I go to Jazzercise classes at least three times a week. They are SO much fun and great exercise!
I am in a one hour three times a week ballroom/latin dance class, which is GREAT exercise and a ton of fun, but my goal is to dance AT LEAST 15 minutes every day that I am not in my class, too.
i havent tracked my dares for two days, but i have been a dancing machine. im totally living in a musical. im dancing, instead of walking, pretty much all the time. when im getting ready for work or cleaning the house, it makes me feel like im being more active and really getting my heart rate up!
