Walking on treadmill in gym 45 mins speed 3.0 incline 10. While doing so watched the movie "He's just not that into you" ...realized how much it sucked.
I went walking around town with a friend and I plan to go to the gym when my boyfriend gets home from work. I am feeling so much better since I decided to start working out consistently.

Today, I went hiking and did circuit training at the gym. :) Only if every day can be like today. Too bad I have to work full time. :(
Been a while since I last logged in-wow! Training for a marathon so on Saturday I ran 21 miles and have did Jillian tape and ran a few times this week. Just spent 4 hours cleaning our warehouse! I'm exhausted.
Walked the dogs around the lake 2miles and walked the dogs around the block 10 minutes. All togather 70 minutes walking and I did the treadmill at the gym for 10 minutes on a incline and did step with light weights.
